Description :
The Provider Relations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and maintaining the portal access requests received from the MSO and medical group in a timely manner. The Provider Relations Coordinator will interact with people on a regular basis, whether its office managers, medical assistants, or doctors. The Provider Relations Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Provider Relations Manager.
The Provider Relations Coordinator must be able to work independently with minimal oversite, think outside the box, and work in a fast paced, high volume work environment. The Provider Relations Coordinator must also be able to multitask and prioritize in der to execute in a timely manner, be detail oriented, have strong communication skills, and always want to learn more.
Responsibilities
- Process portal access requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot payor portal issues & determine appropriate course of action
- Manager portal access emails and respond in a timely manner
- Create and maintain provider relations website, including but not limited to alerts and news updates
- Update payor contracts rosters on a regular basis
- Assist credentialing department & Sr. Provider Relations Manager as needed
- Additional duties assigned by the supervisor

Compensation will be based on experience
Pay Scale / Ranges :
23.00-$28.00 / hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).
