Description:We are seeking an experienced New Patient Coordinator for a growing solopractice of orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine. Located in Pleasanton, thepractice is recognized for its cutting-edge approach to patient service, efficientcare and modern design.The new patient coordinator interacts with new patients via the telephone toprepare for their initial office visit. The coordinator will acquire all importantdemographic and insurance information to input into electronic medical records.They will be responsible for insurance benefit verification and communication ofsuch.In addition, the coordinator will work in telephone reception, to serve the patientsin communication with the practice. They will be responsible for medical recordsand disability forms.The position will be a part-time position without benefits, approximately 25-30hours per week. There will be potential for a full-time position in the future.
