Our Brentwood Primary Care practices are seeking a full-time Front & Back Office Medical Assistant. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is key. You will have a high degree of responsibility and independence. This position will consist of front and back-office duties, including:
· Appointment Reminders
· Data entry into Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
· Scanning and faxing
· Room patients and records vital signs
· Prepare patients for exam rooms and assist during procedures
· Preform injections and immunizations
· Preform EKG
Requirements
Mandatory qualifications:
· Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
· Medical terminology
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Comfort with interacting with the elderly and disabled
· Strong computer skills
· Bilingual English/Spanish
