Bass Lake is looking for customer-oriented associates to join our talented hospitality team for the 2025 season.
Positions: Camp Host, Lead Host, Site Manager, Maintenance Technician, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Attendant, Cashier/Retail
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as answering telephones, completing forms in accordance with company policies and providing support to other departments as determined by the GM
- Responsible for timely invoice processing
- Ensure that the petty cash and safe logs are current and accurate at all times
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, discovering irregularities and determining continuing needs
- Complete administrative projects, as assigned, accurately and on time
- Assist with project development and planning to ensure more efficient service and organization of the office
- Support other departments as needed
Position Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated with the desire to perform at the highest professional and ethical standards
- Must respond well to a changing work environment and able to perform at the highest level with minimal supervision
- Must have strong analytical and problem resolution skills with the ability to proactively recommend solutions
- Must demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS system
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Must be extremely organized with strong attention to details
- Be a positive team player with a “can-‐-‐-‐do” attitude
Knowledge and Experience:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1 – 2 years Administrative support experience
National Park concession experience preferred
