Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Electrical Foreman to join our team. The Electrical Foreman will oversee electrical installations in multi-family and mixed-use building projects, manage a team of electricians, and ensure projects are completed on time and in compliance with local codes. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, delegating tasks, troubleshooting electrical issues, inspecting workmanship, and ensuring safety standards on-site. The role requires effective communication with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electricity and Electrical Engineering concepts
- Experience in Electrical Contracting, and knowledge of industry standards and codes
- Skilled in Electrical Wiring and Troubleshooting
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of safety regulations in construction and electrical work
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation or foreman roles
- Journeyman or Master Electrician certification preferred
