What You'll Do:
- Oversee ABA programming for children 18 months–8 years
- Conduct assessments & create individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Provide caregiver training and occasional in-home/community sessions
What You’ll Need:
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s in ABA, education, psychology, or related field
- Strong documentation and clinical supervision skills
- Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
