Role Description The Technical Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Sparta, IL. In this position, the team member provides technical support to customers, responding to inquiries about Basor Electric products and solutions, and guiding clients through installation and application questions. Daily activities include troubleshooting product and application issues, documenting cases, and coordinating with engineering and sales teams to resolve complex technical problems. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on open issues, offering clear guidance, and recommending appropriate products or configurations. The Technical Service Representative maintains accurate records in service systems, supports continuous improvement of technical documentation, and contributes feedback to help enhance product performance and customer experience.
