Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC units to ensure proper functionality.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues within HVAC systems.
- Perform necessary repairs on ammonia refrigeration systems as needed.
- Collaborate with field service teams to address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role in HVAC or property maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of equipment repair techniques and field service operations.
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
