Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers while taking orders and preparing their favorite treats.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure all products are presented attractively.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shop operations during peak hours.
• Engage with customers to enhance their experience and promote new products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or retail is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
