We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Baskin Robbins! As a leading ice cream and frozen dessert chain, we pride ourselves on offering a wide variety of flavors and an exceptional customer experience.

Position: Team Member

Location: Baskin Robbins of Encino

Employment Type: Long-term, Non-Summer Position

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each guest receives a personalized and memorable experience.
• Prepare and serve ice cream and frozen treats with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the serving and dining areas.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required.
• Commitment to long-term employment with our team.
