About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented and professional Cake Decorator to join our team! This is not an entry-level role — we need someone with creativity, precision, and experience who’s ready to elevate our cake program and help drive the store to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and decorate custom cakes and ice cream cakes to a high standard
- Manage cake inventory, prep, and production schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service, including taking custom orders and handling requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cake decorating area
- Support store goals through upselling and quality presentation
- Collaborate with the team to drive growth and innovation in the cake program
Qualifications:
- Professional cake decorating experience required
- Strong attention to detail and design quality
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
- Must be 18
