Store Manager – Food & Beverage

Position Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. This includes managing team members, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining product quality and safety standards, and achieving sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift management.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and sanitation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste to control costs.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and quality assurance protocols.
• Recruit, schedule, and evaluate employees; foster a positive and efficient team culture.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with area or district managers on marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and operational improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment functionality, and a welcoming in-store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred).
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food service, restaurant, or retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage costs effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus).
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
