What You’ll Do:

• Create beautifully decorated ice cream cakes and other custom treats for birthdays, holidays, and special events.
• Collaborate with customers to design personalized cakes that bring their visions to life.
• Ensure cakes meet Baskin Robbins' quality standards for appearance, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management for decorating supplies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional customer service
• Prior experience in cake decorating or a related field is preferred but not required.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers.
• Passion for ice cream and desserts (a sweet tooth is a bonus)!
