What You Will Do 

 

The Client Success Coordinator supports the Client Experience Manager in all aspects of furniture quoting and procurement, including but not limited to; specification auditing, vendor quote requests, budget creation, quote creation, order tracking, installation scheduling, project closeout, and “Day 2” requests. Owns and documents the entire sales order fulfillment process, from order entry through project closeout, consistently providing support to internal team and accurate, timely service to external clients. Coordinates quote and order entry, order management, testing for COM, factory interface and close-out of orders.

 

This is a highly collaborative environment, and you will work closely with internal and external teams daily. This role has a team of Customer Experience Managers, Designers, and Project Managers that support the technical execution of a project. This team follows a defined process to ensure consistent and repeatable project execution resulting in an experience customers can BASK in!

 

The Client Success Coordinator is responsible for supporting and following the sales process, meeting internal and client expectations to ensure a high-quality experience.

 

Primary Focus Areas:

 

  • Successfully support projects in a way that differentiates BASK from competitors.  
  • Participate in all BASK sales meetings, training sessions, and team meetings, arriving prepared and ready to engage with ideas and/or feedback to promote team effectiveness and collaboration.
  • Utilize BASK branded templates and/or create customized sales materials using an array of software, including but not limited to; Hedberg, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and Miro.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of all BASK products and service offerings, with the ability to articulate and position these solutions within existing and new accounts.
  • Owns the preparation of final quotation and is fully responsible for accuracy of all client information, product specifications, and pricing, including final audit of budget vs quote. Expectation is a pro-active prevention of margin erosion due to unnecessary clerical errors.
  • Owns the documentation and communication of order status, punch list resolution, and the scheduling of delivery and installation. Information to be formatted for both internal and external recipients (sales staff, operations, customer, etc.).
  • Receives and checks all vendor acknowledgments for accuracy against purchase order; resolves discrepancies immediately within vendor timelines; tracks acknowledgements on Status Report for customer distribution; updates Hedberg and communicates Status Report to internal project team.
  • Communicates with project manager on schedule of work and distribution of installation documents.
  • Initiates and tracks all service orders for punch list resolution and project closeout.
  • Coordinate showroom visits and product demonstrations.


Additional Skills and Attributes:

 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, excel, word, power point, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and delegate work as needed.
  • Knowledge and adherence to process.
  • Excellent organization and record keeping skills.
  • Detail and process oriented, innovative, creative, proactive, and flexible.
  • Flexibility to travel between BASK locations when needed.

 

The Experience You Will Bring

  • Relevant degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years Sales or Account Coordinator experience, preferably with a furniture dealership.
  • Hedberg software experience is preferred. 
  • PC skills - Advanced level with MS Office Suite
