CAMTC-Certified Massage Therapist- Women’s Health & Wellness Spa - Temecula, CA
We are a women’s health & wellness spa rooted in acupuncture, traditional chinese medicine, & holistic healing modalities.
Potential start - August 2026
Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions including Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other modalities tailored to client needs. (training available!)
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address specific concerns and goals.
- Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients to ensure comfort and understanding throughout each session
- Apply physiology and anatomy knowledge to identify areas of tension or pain and implement effective treatment techniques for treatment management
- Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health considerations, and injury prevention strategies
- Adhere strictly to medical terminology standards and safety protocols, including CPR certification, to ensure client safety at all times
- Document treatment details accurately in compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations in our booking software
Requirements:
-Active CAMTC certification
-Completion of an accredited massage therapy program
-passion for holistic healing/integrative wellness
-must be open to learning Traditional Chinese Medicine style acupressure massage
-Prenatal Certified or must be interested in Prenatal Certification
-thrives in a nurturing, all-female client setting & is passionate about women’s wellness
-professional, compassionate, & attuned to female clients’ needs
Job:
Starting Pay: $22-25/hr base plus $12-$15 commission per full 60 minute treatments and add-ons plus 100% tips
Starting Hours: Monday-Thursday 6-9pm, every other Sunday 9am-1pm.
Women’s Health clients provided. We offer highly flexible scheduling based on client bookings and spa needs. As a new growing business, hours will start part-time and build gradually as our client base expands. Ideal for therapists who value work-life balance or prefer variable hours while we grow together. Availability for evenings and weekends is a plus as demand increases. New grads or experienced therapists welcome - we provide training and support. Growth opportunities as the spa expands. Discounted services and team environment with acupuncturists.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
