Together, were shaping the next chapter of a brand powered by community and led by purpose to, help people everywhere love their hair, love their journey, and love themselves.Core ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruiting - Must have experience with HIGH volume recruitment, proactive outreach.Manage all aspects of recruitment intake meetings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination.Prioritize filling 10 open roles across marketing, operations, and e-commerce within established timelines.Create and maintain candidate trackers, providing daily progress updates to the HR/People Operations Manager and weekly hiring progress summaries to leadership.Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.Process Optimization & ReportingDevelop or refine job description templates, interview scorecards, and evaluation rubrics.Streamline interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management workflows for efficiency.Track and report key recruiting metrics, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.Build an organized, easily transferable candidate pipeline database for the HR Manager to inherit.Compliance, Market Awareness & Best PracticesStay current on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within beauty, CPG, and DTC industries.Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and company hiring policies, including documentation and equal opportunity standards.Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all recruiting activities.Employer Branding & RepresentationRepresent Bask & Lather professionally and enthusiastically in all candidate interactions.Support light employer branding initiatives, such as posting openings on LinkedIn, managing inbound applicants, and refining the careers page.Contribute to building Bask & Lathers reputation as an employer of choice in the beauty and wellness industry.Qualifications36 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).Strong background filling marketing, creative, and operations roles in beauty, DTC, CPG and startup environments.Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of roles.Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Bamboo HR).Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.Experience building recruiting systems or documentation a plus.Contract DetailsThis is a 1099 independent contractor position.Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and insurance coverage.This role is not eligible for company-provided benefits.The scope of work is limited to the duration and deliverables of the contract.Extension opportunities may be available based on performance and company needsContract Duration: 3 monthsLocation: RemoteHours: Full-timeBask & Lather Co. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
