Bask is building the infrastructure powering telehealth’s future—starting with an expansive, accurate, and compliant retail, specialty, and compounding pharmacy network. We’re looking for a Finance Lead to build and scale our financial foundation, guiding everything from budget management to investment strategy as we expand our operations.
This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives at the intersection of financial modeling, operational execution, and strategic growth. You’ll lead sales and budget projections, develop investment analyses for pharmacy expansion, and partner closely with leadership to inform key decisions across the business.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain detailed sales, budget, and cash flow projections.
- Lead investment analysis for new pharmacy initiatives and product expansion.
- Create and manage financial models that drive business decisions and capital allocation.
- Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Develop dashboards to track revenue, margins, CAC, LTV, and burn rate.
- Partner with leadership on fundraising, investor materials, and board reporting.
- Implement scalable financial processes for accounting, payroll, and spend management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacy, sales, and operations teams to align goals and budgets.
- 7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate development, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to build and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS/IASB, SaaS metrics, and unit economics.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and experience with ERP systems and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Experience in telehealth, SaaS, or healthcare is a plus.
You’ll be the first finance leader at a fast-growing telehealth company, shaping how we forecast, invest, and scale. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role working directly with the founders to build the financial engine driving Bask’s next phase of growth.
