In this role, you will be part of our Deployed Intelligence team, which will lead the charge into the new reality of accounting. This is an extremely customer‑facing role. You will be the face of Basis for your accounts, owning post‑sale success from kickoff to adoption to expansion. You will lead engagements, run workshops and training, and translate business goals into intelligent agent workflows that transform how accounting gets done.
As The Primary Interface With Our Customers, You'll Also Be Providing Constant Feedback To Our Engineering Team On Product Improvements, Directly Impacting The Future Of Our Platform.Ideally, You Will Have The Following Experience

As The Primary Interface With Our Customers, You'll Also Be Providing Constant Feedback To Our Engineering Team On Product Improvements, Directly Impacting The Future Of Our Platform.Ideally, You Will Have The Following Experience
- 4 years at a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS or fintech startup, or at a company that deploys complex SaaS solutions, where you worked closely with customers on onboarding, implementation, and training
- Extensive experience managing enterprise relations, ideally with large accounting firms
- Accounting experience and/or CPA are a plus, but not required
