Construction Manager – Utility-Scale Solar BESS (Texas)

What we are looking for:
- Seniority: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction management for utility-scale renewable energy.
- Proven Expertise: Solid experience managing Solar PV projects ≥50 MW, including site supervision and coordination.
- BESS Specialization: Direct experience supervising integrated Solar BESS projects, specifically through commissioning and energization phases.
- Texas Market Knowledge: Strong coordination skills with EPC Contractors, Texas TDUs, and local/state AHJs.
- Management Mastery: Expertise in schedule control, contractor oversight, change management, and seamless site coordination.
