BASIS Scottsdale is seeking qualified candidates for a Tennis Coach - November 3rd - February 27, 2027!
This is part of an auxiliary program and is not a full-time position.
Pay: BASIS Ed offers a competitive hourly pay for this position.
Required Qualifications:
- HS diploma, Bachelor's preferred
- Previous coaching experience
- Experience working with young athletes
- Ability to demonstrate Tennis skills effectively
- Experience in playing Tennis at a competitive level
- Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preferred Qualifications:
- Collegiate student-athlete experience
Responsibilities:
- Effectively teaching young athletes the fundamentals of Tennis (starting from how to hit a ball properly)
- Creating and implementing drills to help build foundational skills
- Coaching students through best practices in sportsmanship
- Attending all games, practices, or scrimmages
