BASIS Phoenix is seeking qualified candidates for a Middle School Swim Coach to join our bright, passionate team!
Pay: BASIS Ed offers a competitive hourly pay for this position.
Required Qualifications:
- HS diploma, Bachelor's preferred
- Previous coaching experience
- Experience working with young athletes
- Ability to demonstrate swim skills effectively
- Experience in swimming at a competitive level
Preferred Qualifications:
- Collegiate student-athlete experience
Responsibilities:
- Effectively teaching young athletes the fundamentals of swimming
- Creating and implementing drills to help build foundational skills
- Coaching students through best practices in sportsmanship
- Attending all practices and meets
