About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Plates Administrative Assistant to support our Plates team during a busy seasonal period. This is an entry-level, hands-on administrative role focused on document processing, data entry, and general operational support.
This position is expected to run through the end of the year, with the possibility of extending based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Scan and organize documents and records
- Prepare and assemble paperwork and packages
- Enter and update information accurately in internal systems
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Support the Plates team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist with other operational administrative duties as needed
- Follow established processes and maintain attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or data entry experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working with computers and basic software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in person in Salt Lake City
