What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at Basin Martini Bar?
We are looking for a strong bartender/server to join our team. Basin Martini Bar is a fast-paced, high-volume bar that takes pride in complex cocktails with quick pace.
Requirements
- Bartending or barista experience is required.
- The ability to memorize 20-30 cocktails and their recipes without having to look in our book consistently.
- Solid free-pouring skills or being able to quickly master a free pour with constant accuracy.
- Ability to handle high volume without sacrificing quality of drinks or service.
- Reliability- working in the service industry being able to cover possible call outs and come to your scheduled shifts on time.
- Personable and good with customers, able to create relationships with customers.
- Must be 21 and over.
- OLCC Service Permit & Food Handlers card is required before first shift.
What You'll Be Doing
- Crafting cocktails with 5-7 ingredients consistently and efficiently.
- Keeping a clean, organized bar at all times.
- Jumping in wherever needed, we have a team first mentality and this is a must to work here.
- Providing great service; being able to make cocktails, clean up, handle tables all while keeping conversation with your guests.

Pay
The pay is minimum wage plus credit card tips on paychecks twice a week, cash tips are taken home nightly.
