What You'll Do
- Lead civil engineering projects from planning and design through permitting and construction support
- Oversee civil site development and infrastructure design for public and private clients
- Prepare and review engineering calculations, plans, specifications, and reports
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, and project stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff
- Provide technical guidance, quality control, and professional judgment across projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Several years of experience in civil site development and/or infrastructure design
- Strong understanding of permitting, design standards, and project delivery
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and communicate effectively
- Interest in mentoring staff and contributing to team growth
