Basilwood Kitchen is a new fast-casual Italian restaurant opening in mid-August in Edgewater. We make fresh pasta daily, bake our own bread, handcraft our sauces, and believe every guest should feel like family when they walk through our doors.
We’re looking for energetic, dependable people who genuinely enjoy working with others and take pride in providing exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Take customer orders accurately using our Toast POS system
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations
- Package takeout orders with care and attention to detail
- Keep the dining room clean, stocked, and inviting
- Refill beverages and assist guests as needed
- Restock front-of-house supplies
- Work as a team to provide a fast, accurate, and memorable experience
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
