We’re looking for experienced cooks & prep staff, and dishwashers (experienced or not) to join our team! We seek individuals who bring positive energy, are interested in learning about food, and are eager to learn new skills. Applicants should be available to work through at least October 31st, 2026.
We make fresh pasta and ravioli in-house, but are more pasta driven than purely Italian. During the day our menu is cafe oriented, with everything made from scratch. Our Chef Scott Ottinger has several decades of experience preparing a broad range of cuisine.
We offer 20 craft beer taps, cocktails, and an extensive wine list in our dining room. Our team is essential in making sure every customer leaves happy and satisfied.
Line Cook
Line cooks should have a year or more experience working on a line. Line cooks are responsible for preparing meals to order, ensuring consistency and quality, and working efficiently with the team to keep service running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for growth and leadership with potential for promotion.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of line cooking experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Familiarity with food safety and handling regulations
- Familiarity with knife skills and kitchen equipment
- Ability to meet ticket time and quality goals

Prep Staff

Dishwasher
No experience required for dishwashers! This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking to enter the restaurant industry. We are looking for team members who are interested in learning new skills, working efficiently, and assisting other positions in the kitchen.

Additional Information:
We are open 7 days a week, with shifts available at a variety of times. Full-time and part-time roles are both available, and we are flexible with school schedules. For student applicants, we require some availability during University breaks, including summer and Holiday breaks.
