Automotive Sales Manager

Compensation: base salary performance incentives- $100,000–$150,000 earning potential
Basil Toyota is looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to join our team. We’re seeking a proven automotive professional with strong Sales Management, Desk Management, and F&I experience who can help lead our sales team, structure deals, maximize profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do:
· Manage and oversee the day-to-day sales desk and vehicle sales operations
· Structure and negotiate deals while balancing customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
· Work closely with Sales Consultants to coach, develop, and close deals
· Support the sales team with effective desking, deal strategy, and objection handling
· Partner closely with the F&I department to ensure smooth deal flow and strong performance
· Monitor sales performance, gross profit, closing ratios, and other key dealership metrics
· Help train and mentor Sales Consultants on product knowledge, sales processes, negotiation, and closing techniques
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
