Behavior Technician – Neuroaffirming & Assent-Based Practice

We’re seeking Behavior Technicians to provide assent-based ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings. You’ll support individualized plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), focusing on skills that truly matter—communication, play, self-advocacy, daily living, and social connection.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships and provide neuroaffirming support across settings
- Teach communication, play, life, and social skills using playful, assent-based ABA strategies
- Collaborate with BCBAs and families to celebrate strengths and progress
- Collect data and document services to ensure quality and continuity of care
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for supporting neurodivergent children and families
- Creativity, empathy, and flexibility in working with kids of all ages
- High school diploma (college coursework in related fields preferred)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your region
- Openness to training, feedback, and professional growth (certifications supported)
