The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in driving the health of the organization by successfully identifying, hiring and developing great talent. We’re looking for a bright and driven recruiting professional to support our HR team on various recruiting and HR initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment at all levels across the company.
- Drive innovative sourcing and pipelining strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Be a trusted talent acquisition advocate and advisor to leaders.
- Build and foster meaningful relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business, anticipate future hiring needs, and offer recruiting solutions and educational tools.
- As a subject matter expert, keep a continuous pulse on the talent landscape while also staying abreast of labor laws and maintaining legal compliance.
- Partner with other members of the HR team to help streamline the onboarding process for new hires.
- Conduct workshops that will enhance our ability to hire qualified talent and also make sure we’re following current best practices.
- Leverage talent data to inform decision making and influence recruiting strategy.
- Play an active part in professional branding. Ensure the company culture is appropriately illustrated and publicized through LinkedIn, informing the Executive team on site performance and opportunities for increased organic engagement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance both the candidate and internal interviewing and hiring experience.
- Partner with Senior Director of Talent Management on internal training, and other recruitment initiatives.
- Own bi-annual salary band analysis.
- Review job descriptions and requirements to ensure they promote inclusivity and minimize bias.
- Own quarterly recruiting reporting, insights and analysis of recruiting and hiring; presenting quarterly to Vice President of HR.
- Maintain data for accurate reporting within our applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2 years at an agency
- A deep knowledge of assessing talent, with a focus on behavioral interviewing
- A track record of identifying, engaging, and closing qualified level talent at various levels
- Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions
- Quickly adapting and being flexible to changing business needs
- Being highly resourceful and organized to figure things out independently and track results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to grasp complex tasks and carry out directions independently
- Knowledge of HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Annual salary range starting $100,000 .
