Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role located in Delhi, OH. The responsibilities include overseeing and managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving growth targets, and expanding the customer base. The role also involves building relationships with partners, leading a team of sales representatives, and identifying new market opportunities. Continuous monitoring of market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and preparing sales reports are integral parts of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, team management, and meeting sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and design effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
- Understanding of the housing loan and secured lending domain is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
