What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2ND Shift Quality Control Inspector position at Basic Grain Products Inc.?
We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector with at least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership qualities, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and an interest in ensuring that all products meet professional standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for physically inspecting products prior to release, and possess the ability to perform quick visual checks as well as detailed technical inspection procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect the quality of the product after each production process and report to the manager if there are problems.
- Control the product quality and monitor quality management indicator systems.
- Measure the product dimensions according to the specifications.
- Use specialized equipment to inspect the product.
- Plan quality control activities with fellow employees.
- Be able to explain sampling methodology to consumers and staff members.
- Work as part of a team.
- Check that manufacturing activities meet quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
