Position Overview
Basic Auto Sales in Ashland is seeking a dedicated salesperson to join our team. This role involves selling cars, trucks, and vans. We value individuals who are enthusiastic about helping customers find the vehicle that best suits their needs and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
· Present the dealership’s range of vehicles, clearly explaining each model’s features and benefits to assist customers in making informed decisions.
· Respond to customer inquiries about vehicle details, financing options, and the overall purchase process, providing accurate and helpful information.
· Accompany interested customers during test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and answer any questions that arise.
· Work closely with the finance department to identify and communicate financing and ownership opportunities tailored to each customer’s situation.
· Reach out to past customers to confirm their satisfaction with their vehicles and maintain positive, ongoing relationships.
· Take high-quality photographs of vehicles for use on the dealership’s website, contributing to our strong online presence.
