About the Role

The Service Technician will work on a variety of tasks, including troubleshooting HVAC systems, providing maintenance and repair services, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a company where that standard is respected.
Qualifications
- 3 years of HVAC service technician experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues
- Hands-on experience with maintenance and repair of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems
- Proficiency in performing preventive maintenance to ensure system longevity and efficiency
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid EPA certification and a solid understanding of environmental and safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary
