Role Description
This is an immediate full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney, located in Pontiac, MI. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in court, preparing and filing motions, and handling trials and depositions. The role involves working closely with clients to build strong cases, conducting legal research, and appearing in court to advocate on behalf of clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law, Court representation, and understanding of legal procedures
- Experience with preparing and filing Motions
- Skilled in handling Trials and Depositions
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Michigan
- Previous experience in personal injury and provider matters is a plus
