Role Description
We are seeking a Lead Litigation Attorney specializing in Personal Injury cases to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Washington, MI. The Lead Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing all aspects of personal injury litigation, including drafting motions, representing clients in court, conducting trials, and taking depositions. Other responsibilities include providing strategic legal counsel to clients, managing case files, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law with a focus on personal injury and wrongful death cases.
- Experience drafting and filing Motions and conducting legal research.
- Proven experience in handling cases in Courts and managing Trials effectively.
- Proficiency in conducting Depositions with attention to detail and thorough preparation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan.
- Experience leading litigation teams is a strong advantage.
