POSITION PURPOSE
As the HR Business Partner - People Analytics, you will be a key business partner to develop, plan, and implement HR strategic initiatives and projects to positively impact business performance and overall organizational effectiveness. In this position, you will inform the business decisions of senior leaders by analyzing, interpreting, visualizing and reporting insights from people and operational data with the goal of enhancing the Team Member experience. The HR Business Partner - People Analytics works closely with senior business leaders, HR, and IT teams to identify important workforce trends and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business. In this role, you can demonstrate your broad knowledge of effective human resources practices, methods and processes in all areas including employment law, employee relations and leadership development. The person in this role may either work in West Sacramento, California or Chandler, Arizona, that will be determined based on the final candidate's state of residence.

- You will maintain and enhance the People Analytics vision and strategy across the Raley’s Companies , in alignment with company prioritie s and stakeholder requirements.
- Using Power BI, and other available reporting tools, you will design , execute , and iterate reports and dashboards to provide insight and resolve queries from business users .
- You will i dentify and interpret trends in complex data sets to tell a comp elling story about our team members and inform decision making across the company .
- You will e valuate data quality and ensures that data is suited to the analysis.
- You will identify issues in data quality and works with IT and HRIS to address gaps in the data set reported.
- You will conduct analysis and program development and support in areas of compensation, executive compensation, retirement , and benefits.
- You will p rovide project management leadership to store and support center leaders .

Must Haves
Must be willing to work on-site in one of our Support Centers, either in West Sacramento, CA or Chandler, AZ.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or the equivalent experience.
Progressive experience of 7 yrs or more in human resources, retail operations management or similar.
Significant experience leading change, delivering and developing training and presentations.
Experience with unionized work environments and/or union avoidance is preferred.
Experience in business or in retail industry and multi-unit is preferred.
Certification preferred: PHR, PHR-CA, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or other HR certification with emphasis on strategic HR practices and methodologies.
