RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of our Compensation & Benefits team in our People Services unit, we are looking for a working student who would like to learn about designing a compelling Compensation & Benefits offer based on our business goals and strategy that matches our work and organizational culture.
- You learn about compensation and benefits topics for the different business divisions within the scope of Germany (e.g. merit increase, job grading, PEM bonus).
- Additionally, you contribute to the business goals working in different projects related to transformation aas well as compensation and benefits topics.
- You are responsible for preparing and presenting presentations for various audience groups.
- Lastly, you support application owners on UI/UX design in different compensation systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
- university degree in relevant fields, ideally Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development or a similar field of study
- internship experience in compensation and benefits and/or project management
- excellent communication skills in German and English
