Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma (required); an Associate degree or higher in Agronomy, Seed Science, Plant Science, Agricultural Business/Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, cotton production/research, cotton ginning, or seed production.
- A strong background in safety culture and compliance.
- Effective team leadership skills and the ability to lead a team effectively, previous leadership experience strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy warehouse equipment and possess mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, Microsoft Office, along with effective communication and organizational skills.
