- Coordinating program management and fulfillment operations by tracking workflows, monitoring fulfillment status, and maintaining audit-ready documentation to ensure timely execution and visibility
- Maintaining pricing entries and managing exceptions by validating documentation, enforcing pricing governance, and ensuring approval-compliant processing to reduce billing and fulfillment errors
- Executing routine internal controls (FRC) by performing scheduled control activities, preserving audit evidence, and responding to controls inquiries to minimize control risk
- Generating and governing operational reports for pricing, exceptions, fulfillment, and ComOps KPIs by validating data accuracy, investigating anomalies, and resolving discrepancies with stakeholders
- Maintaining product and segment assignments for fulfillment and reporting by applying segmentation logic and performing quality checks to ensure accurate master data and consistent downstream execution
- Supporting cross-functional projects, process improvements, and system testing by documenting requirements, executing test scenarios, and confirming controls-aligned outcomes to strengthen data quality and operational performance
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data/Analytics, or a related field
- Have completed coursework or certification in data analytics, SAP/ERP, business process management, or similar areas
- Bring 5 years’ experience in business operations, analytics, pricing, finance, supply chain, or equivalent co-op/internship experience
- Have hands‑on exposure to SAP, CRM platforms, pricing workflows, or compliance environments
- Have supported audit requirements, financial controls, or commercial data processes
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
- Show high attention to detail and the ability to manage operational accuracy
- Are comfortable navigating structured processes and internal controls
- Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Possess experience with SAP pricing, master data, and reporting
- Are familiar with FRC/internal controls, audit preparation, or compliance reviews
- Understand pricing mechanics, customer exceptions, and segmentation logic
