Where the Chemistry Happens:
The primary function of the Consignment Manager is to work closely with the business leaders and Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and suppliers to manage all consignment accounts for Chemetall/BASF.
Formula for Success:
- Facilitate and oversee contract management processes for consignment accounts with support from Legal
- Implement and manage processes to collect, measure and track relevant metrics in order to assess contract compliance with key contract terms and conditions for all contracts, including product inventory tracking
- Develop and manage the contract renewal process evaluating account profitability
- Develop and manage the expiration notification process for all contracts
- Develop thorough knowledge and understanding of each contract; act as the single point of contact for all contract inquiries regarding terms and conditions, obligations, compliance, products, services, rights and deliverables for each contract
- Develop contract portfolio metrics, including key usage and profitability
- Assist in identification of reporting tools/solutions to automate contract management reporting and tracking
- Reconcile inventory between customer and SAP
- Perform inventory audit one per year

Salary Range- $95,000-110,000
