The competitive Pay Range for this role is $22.28/hourly. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.

- Follow all work instructions, procedures, and hook-up forms to properly attach hoses and make connections from tanks to coating lines.
- Utilize work instructions to guide and troubleshoot and issues with slurry transfers.
- Clean and maintain slurry transfer pipes and pumps.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
- Ability to remain focused on task at hand and complete processes without distraction.
- Be willing to work with minimal supervision and deal with problems while performing tasks which may require multiple steps.
- Provide real time feedback on daily production status and escalate production issues to the supervisor.
- Recognize when issues should be escalated and when support is needed rather than attempting to solve all problems alone.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal skills.
- Drive 5S implementation.
- Approach day-to-day production activities with a positive attitude, as well as collaborate with other team members on the production floor.
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- 2 or more years of experience in manufacturing environment, preferred
