As a Production Operator I for our Agricultural Products business unit located in Southwest St. Louis County, youwill build a meaningful career while supporting BASF’s St. Louis, MO manufacturing operations.
This is a greatopportunity to join our team working in a challenging and dynamic manufacturing environment. The Productionteam, which includes operators, blenders, leads, and supervisors, with varying backgrounds, ensures that ourplant operates in a safe and efficient manner.

During your 10-hour shift as a Production Operator, you will

• Work a 10-hour shift, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
• Have the ability to setup, operate, monitor and adjust production related equipment to assure safe operationand product quality.
• Be knowledgeable of and follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety practices
• Control product quality through communicating item damage or off spec condition that exist to Quality Control.
• Maintain Housekeeping and 5S sustainability.
• Capable of being crossed trained in other production work-related areas and processes.

If you...

• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferably has 1 year of production experience.
• Possess intermediate computer skills (preferred).
• Are mechanically inclined (preferred).
