As a Manufacturing Operator Apprentice in our Hannibal, MO site, you will make an impact on the world with a fundamental focus on sustainability. As a Manufacturing Operator Apprentice, you will be a part of a team which produces crop protection products and more!
Starting in July 2026, you will have opportunities to…
Work hands-on in our Hannibal, MO site supporting the production of crop protection products by learning to:
- Be responsible for safety, quality, housekeeping, and proper care of equipment in the work area.
- Perform simple math calculations, interpret and carry out written instructions.
- Record data on log sheet; read and interpret log sheet data.
- Adjust the process when appropriate.
- Coordinate process operations with supervisors, co-workers and technical personnel.
- Analyze and troubleshoot process problems utilizing available resources.
- Perform minor maintenance and follow maintenance work in the area.
- Maintain communication as related the process and equipment.
- Collect and evaluate samples and documents sample results.
- Monitor equipment in assigned area of responsibility for proper operation.
- Complete required training, including, but not limited to RCRA, PSM, DOT, Safety, etc.
- Support the Plant's safety and environmental goals.
If you...
- Have a HS Diploma or GED
- Are willing and able to work in a plant environment and lift 50lbs
- Can work 12hr fixed shifts (day OR night/weekends and holidays)

This position is part of the Hannibal ICW Union and is covered under the collective bargaining agreement. All benefits are outlined in this agreement.
