Formula for Success:
Portfolio Management
- Support product managers with the overall management of NA product portfolio
- Management of Training records for auditing
- Support product managers in the development of Product Performance Reviews in collaboration with Reg Marketing Managers
- Product blocks in SAP based on discontinuations initiated by product managers
- Support product managers and Regional marketing managers with industry specific product approvals
- Support product portfolio harmonization activities for the regional and global teams
- Review and support product(s) specifications and requirements
- Support portfolio harmonization for efficiency
Product Management
- Support product managers with KPI tracking for new products introduced.
- Manage discontinuation process of products Timely follow-up with all key stakeholders for launch related activities.
- Support product managers with product compliance related topics, working closely with quality.
- Support product managers with pricing updates
- Support product managers in steering product compliance
Product Launch
- Support product managers with cost analysis regarding new R&D opportunities.
- Launch progress monitoring
- Support product managers regarding management of slow-moving products
- Sample request for new product initiatives – trials, beta site testing
- Support PM in providing product cost to support pricing strategy
- Maintain the pricing methodology
- Support PM in managing portfolio/article harmonization in conjunction with the countries
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ or Technical degree: Engineer, Chemistry or Business Administration preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills (Preferred advanced)
- Chemical Industry background preferred, knowledge of pre-treatment chemistry is plus
- Intermediate to advanced SAP skills
- Data driven with project management skills
