Position Summary:
As a Waterproofing Technician, you’ll be on the front lines solving real problems for homeowners. You’ll work hands-on to install industry-leading waterproofing and foundation repair solutions in basements and crawl spaces. You’ll learn from experienced team members and have opportunities to grow from an Installer to a Foreman — and beyond.
What You'll Do:

Install waterproofing and crawl space systems according to company standards

Use power tools, hand tools, and job-specific equipment safely and effectively

Load/unload materials and maintain job site cleanliness

Work alongside and support your crew to deliver high-quality work and an exceptional customer experience

Communicate with team leaders to solve problems and ensure successful project completion

Represent the company in a respectful, responsible, and professional manner at all times

Construction or general labor experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train you!)

Willingness to work hard, learn new skills, and show up as a team player

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces (basements/crawl spaces)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS of Production Technicians
- Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
- Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE of Production Technicians
- High school diploma or GED preferred;
- 1 years of experience in the -construction trades; or,
- A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
