Job Description
As an Installer/General Labor with Basement Repair Specialists LLC, you’ll play a critical role in transforming homes through expert basement and foundation repairs. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team, using cutting-edge tools and techniques to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of manual labor tasks under the direction of a Foreman, with opportunities to lead projects as you grow.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment to install high-quality products in residential settings.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Uphold strict safety standards to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
- Contribute to our 5-Star customer experience by delivering professional, high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- Experience with power tools and hand tools (preferred but not required—paid training provided!).
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
- Bonus: Experience with forklifts, skid steers, or mini excavators.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
