Foundation Repair Laborer / Crew Member

Location: North Ridgeville, OH
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour

About the Position

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our foundation repair team as a Foundation Repair Laborer / Crew Member. This is a hands-on construction position working alongside experienced crew members on foundation repair and related projects. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

Previous foundation repair experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, takes attendance seriously, is comfortable with physical labor, and is ready to learn a skilled trade.

Job Responsibilities

· Assist experienced crew members with foundation repair and related construction projects.

· Assist with foundation pier installation and other repair methods as assigned.

· Dig trenches and prepare work areas for repairs.

· Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, and construction materials.

· Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.

· Work around skid steers, mini skid steers, excavators, and other construction equipment.

· Help with jobsite setup, cleanup, and maintaining an organized work area.

· Follow instructions from crew leadership and established safety procedures.

· Work as part of a crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.

· Be willing to learn additional foundation repair services and assist other production crews as needed.

Experience

Foundation repair experience is not required. Candidates with previous construction or general labor experience are encouraged to apply, but we are also interested in hardworking individuals who are dependable, teachable, and ready to learn.
