Mobile RN – Join Our Mobile RN Team
Baseline Medical is a women-owned, nurse-led business providing mobile medical services and IV therapy across the DMV. We are seeking highly qualified Registered Nurses with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, exceptional IV skills, and strong communication abilities to join our Mobile RN Team.
The Role
Our Mobile RN position is structured and shift-based—not an on-call role. Nurses begin and end their shifts at our Fairfax office, where supplies are managed and stocked. You will not be required to store or carry supplies at home. This structured approach ensures consistency, safety, and support for both our patients and our team.
Mobile RNs work under the supervision of an experienced Clinical Team Leader, Nurse Practitioners and our Medical Director, supported by a dedicated Logistics team that manages scheduling and client communication. You will focus on delivering excellent care.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, professional mobile medical services including IV therapy to patients in their homes, hotels, or offices.
- Maintain high standards of clinical care, following established policies and procedures.
- Work with Nurse Practitioners Virtually
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
- Uphold the professional image of Baseline Medical as the region’s leader in mobile medical care.
Qualifications
- Active RN license for VA, MD, DC
- 2 years of recent acute care or infusion experience.
- Strong IV insertion skills, with ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Pay & Benefits
Our compensation model combines hourly pay with service based pay, giving nurses the ability to reliably earn a strong base while also being compensated for services they provide.
- Guaranteed minimum of $30/hour
- Nurses have the ability to earn more based on performance and skill
- Part-time scheduling options available (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts).
Salary : $40 - $60
