Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the Mobile RN and NP teams, including onboarding, training, and performance management
- Conduct regular skills assessments and clinical audits to maintain quality standards
- Manage day-to-day clinical operations, workflows, and client care escalations
- Maintain supply room inventory and oversee ordering, audits, and organization
- Collaborate with leadership on clinical practice changes and policy development
- Resolve clinical concerns in alignment with policy and escalate when necessary
- Participate in internal team meetings and performance review cycles
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in high-acuity settings, with prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
