About the Position
Baseline 4x4 Recyclers is looking for a dependable, organized team member to help manage and move our inventory of used Jeep and automotive parts.
This is an active warehouse position that combines physical work, automotive-parts identification and inventory accuracy. You will pull sold parts, stock newly inventoried parts, verify orders and help keep our warehouse organized.
You do not need to be a professional mechanic, but you must have enough basic automotive knowledge to recognize common vehicle components and be comfortable learning additional Jeep parts.
This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys automotive work but prefers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Pull sold automotive parts for shipping and customer pickup
- Locate parts requested by the sales team
- Verify that pulled parts match the sales order
- Stage completed orders for packaging and shipment
- Put newly inventoried parts into their assigned storage locations
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory shelves
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts
- Identify and report missing, misplaced or incorrectly labeled inventory
- Clean, photograph and maintain selected automotive inventory
- Operate warehouse equipment safely after training
- Assist with general warehouse organization and housekeeping

- Willingness to learn Jeep models, components and interchange
- Warehouse, automotive, parts-counter or inventory experience is helpful
- Forklift experience is helpful but not required

Interview Process
Candidates selected for an interview will complete a short, basic automotive-parts identification assessment.
The assessment does not require advanced mechanical knowledge. It is designed to confirm that applicants can recognize common automotive components and have the foundation needed to succeed in the position.
Applicants should be prepared to discuss their work history, attendance record, automotive experience and experience working with inventory or warehouse systems.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
